This website is hosted through Sites. The hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data, such as IP address, browser information and request time. The website is delivered over HTTPS.

Before public launch, the hosting provider, recipients, processing locations, legal bases, data processing arrangements and retention periods must be specified. The Worldsoft information from the former website does not automatically apply to this hosting setup.

4. Contact and email enquiries

The form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not transmit entries to a website server or store them in your browser. Stephanie receives the details only when you send the email.

Contact details are used to answer your enquiry and handle follow-up questions. The specific legal basis and retention period for the email and customer administration systems must be confirmed before public launch.

5. Online booking with GolfTimer

The GolfTimer calendar loads only after you select “Open booking calendar”. This connects to ssl.golftimer.de and transmits technical connection data to that provider.

Sign-in, registration, appointment management and booking confirmation take place with GolfTimer. You can also open the calendar in a separate window. See GolfTimer’s privacy information for details of its data processing.

6. Cookies, fonts and images

The website’s own code includes no analytics or marketing services and sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served locally with the site. Private Sites access controls and the GolfTimer service loaded after a click may use their own technical storage mechanisms. The relevant provider details must be added before public launch.

7. Links to other websites

The directions link opens Google Maps only after a click. Other links lead to external websites. The respective providers’ privacy information applies to their processing.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing of your personal data. Subject to legal conditions, you also have rights to data portability and objection.

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Where data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
